"I wanted to write to tell you how impressed I am with the outdoor cat tree I ordered from you recently. It arrived in great condition because of the way it was so carefully packed. I was going to hire a neighbor to put it together for me since I'm not handy, but she was too busy so I attempted to do it myself. The instructions were so clear and all the pieces so clearly marked that it was a breeze to get it set up - a pleasure to work on and took very little time. It is made with such care - my feeling is that it was "lovingly" made - with a great sense of pride in the workmanship.
"The cats absolutely love it. I've been moving it to different parts of the catyard till I can find the perfect spot for it. I am so thrilled with the tree. It's so sturdy yet light enough that I can move it if I want and that's a big plus.
"I have 26 cats - all rescues and I always make a point to tell people that they are all spayed and neutered and none of them have ever reproduced. When we moved here we added a sunroom on the back of the house and there is a pet door so they can go in and out at will into the catyard that has special cat fencing along the top the prevents them from getting out where they could get hurt, annoy the neighbors and also wreak havoc on the wildlife. We try to make the catyard as interesting as possible for them and the cat tree is a great addition to their environment. Thank you so much for making this terrific product available."

"I want you to know how happy we are with our outdoor bungalow cat house. My husband is very allergic to cats so we have never had one. We found a precious stray cat in our wooded backyard. He was skinny and shy. He started coming to me and I started feeding him. I made a homemade bed with a heated outdoor pad for cats,a blanket, a tarp and an umbrella! I tried some other outdoor solutions, igloo, covered pet kennel etc. He did not like any of them. My husband though we could have our handyman make a house with windows and an escape door. He was convinced our stray felt trapped in the other houses. We went to the internet and...........you had just what he had described!!! Without hesitation he said to order it! My worry was that he might not go in it, he had been sleeping in the crazy bed I had made him but I rarely sleep at night thinking the rain or upcoming snow would get him. We just put his new house up today (possible snow tonight) as we were away for Thanksgiving. He is already snuggled up inside and looking out the windows at the squirrels in the yard! I put his heated pad inside and it fit perfectly! Thanks to you I think we have a new outdoor pet instead of a stray that needs a home. Now he has his own! From the bottom of our hearts thank you. The house in designed so well and is so beautiful. Outstanding!"

The house arrived promptly with easy to understand (minor) assembly instructions. The tips for attracting the cat to the house were great too. Within a day, he took to the house, much to my relief. He sleeps in there all night and comes out to enjoy the sun during the day. Thought you'd like to know!"

"I just wanted to send a quick note of thanks for the superb customer service provided by Laura. The cat tree I ordered a few days ago arrived yesterday in slightly less-than-perfect condition, so I emailed customer service with photos of the damage and inquired about options. Very shortly after I sent that email, I received a very courteous phone call from Laura, who told me that they would immediately ship out a replacement cat tree via UPS and at the same time, pick up the damaged one. During that call, I explained that in addition, the color of the cat tree was not what I thought I had ordered, but that I might easily have made a mistake during the order (ineptness during the point and click!). Laura checked on the progress of the replacement order and that there was time to make certain that the replacement would be the color choice I had originally wanted. Laura followed up her call with email confirmation and answered the few questions I have quickly and thoroughly.
