customer service provided by Laura. The cat tree I ordered a few
days ago arrived yesterday in slightly less-than-perfect condition,
so I emailed customer service with photos of the damage and inquired
about options. Very shortly after I sent that email, I received
a very courteous phone call from Laura, who told me that they would
immediately ship out a replacement cat tree via UPS and at the same
time, pick up the damaged one. During that call, I explained that
in addition, the color of the cat tree was not what I thought I
had ordered, but that I might easily have made a mistake during
the order (ineptness during the point and click!). Laura checked
on the progress of the replacement order and that there was time
to make certain that the replacement would be the color choice I
had originally wanted. Laura followed up her call with email confirmation
and answered the few questions I have quickly and thoroughly.
