We guard your privacy like it was our own!

We only use the personal information you provide us to process and ship your order, reply to your question or concern, or send you notices (with your permission) about upcoming specials or new products.

For your protection, we do not keep your credit card number on file.  Your credit card information is used only to process your order through our secure server, and is not retained by us once your order is completed.

We share your contact and address information on an as needed basis with our vendors and shipping carriers for the sole purpose of processing and shipping your order to you.  Your payment information is not shared with these third parties.

We do not and will not sell our customer list to any third party.

Returns

All of our products are covered by our 30 day return policy.  If you are unsatisifed with your purchase, just return it in re-sellable condition and we will cheerfully issue your refund.  Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, without happy customers, we are nothing!

Please note: Special orders are not returnable.

Because our products ship directly from the manufacturer, each has a slightly different policy as far as where to return the item, and what information to include.  For this reason, we ask that you contact us before returning an item for specific instructions on that return.  Contacting us first will assure you a quick and hassle free return.  Unless the item is defective or otherwise unsatisfactory, the customer will be responsible for our actual cost to ship it to you, as well as return shipping and any re-stock fee imposed by the manufacturer (this will vary from one manufacturer to the next, but is typically 10 to 20%).

If an item is damaged in shipment, please retain the original shipping box, as we will need to file a claim with the shipper, and they will need the box as proof of who is responsible for the damage.  We will replace the item or issue a refund (your choice) immediately.  Shipping claims are often long, drawn-out processes, and we see no reason for you to be penalized any further for something that is no fault of yours.

Payment

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks or money orders.  Our secure server encrypts your credit card and personal information for your protection.  We do not retain your credit card information once your order is processed.  If your order is shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, we will contact you with your total (including shipping charges) before charging your card.

Orders paid by check will be held for 7 to 10 days to allow the funds to clear before processing.

We also accept purchase orders from schools, government agencies, non-profits and corporations. Please fax your purchase order to us at 800-880-1854, and be sure to include a contact name and phone number in case we have questions. Our terms on purchase orders are net 25.
