Placing Orders |
Place your order
online using our 100% secure shopping cart system. Simply select the
item you would like, along with any options size or color choices, then
click on "Add to Cart", and you will be taken to your shopping
cart. From there, click on "Continue Shopping" or "Go To
Payments" at the bottom of the shopping cart screen to either continue
to browse or complete our simple and secure order process. If you choose
to browse, you can return to your shopping cart at any time by clicking
on the View Cart link in the top or bottom menu on every page on our site.
Of couse, you may always place your order by phone during normal business hours or by toll free fax anytime. Our toll free phone number accepts either regular voice phone calls or faxes: We also accept purchase orders from schools, government agencies, non-profits and corporations. Please fax your purchase order to us at 800-880-1854, and be sure to include a contact name and phone number in case we have questions. Our terms on purchase orders are net 25. |

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks or money orders. Our secure server encrypts your credit card and personal information for your protection. We also employ strict anti-fraud screening measures to further protect our customers. We do not retain your credit card information once your order is completed. If your order is shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, we will contact you with your total (including shipping charges) before charging your card. Order Processing |
Our goal is to process
your order within 4 hours of the time you place it (during normal business
hours). Processing your order consists of running your credit card
through our payment terminal with its anti-fraud screening measures, forwarding
your order to the manufacturer of the product or products you have selected,
and e-mailing you a detailed invoice. Once you receive our e-mail
invoice titled "Your Tick-n-Thistle Invoice", you can rest assured
that your order has been processed. We will also send you a shipping
confirmation e-mail with tracking information when your order ships. |

Shipping |
Our products ship directly to you from the manufacturer. This saves us money in a number of ways, and we pass those savings on to you in our very competitive pricing. Remember that there is no additional charge for ground shipping on any orders to the continental US, so you won't get any nasty surprises at checkout! Expedited shipping is available for most products at an additional charge that will vary based on shipping destination, please contact us for details. We will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information when your order ships. Because
each of our vendors uses the shipping carrier that is most cost effective
for their product line, our shipping policies vary from one manufacturer
to the next. We have tried to give clear shipping information within
the description of each product, if you would like to see the policies

Returns |
All of our products
are covered by our 30 day unconditional guarantee. Your satisfaction
is of the utmost importance to us, without happy customers, we are nothing! Because our products ship directly from the manufacturer, each has a slightly different policy as far as where to return the item, and what information to include. For this reason, we ask that you contact us before returning an item for specific instructions on that return. Contacting us first will assure you a quick and hassle free return. Unless the item is defective or otherwise unsatisfactory, the customer will be responsible for our actual cost to ship it to you, as well as return shipping. If an item is damaged in shipment, please retain the original shipping box, as we will need to file a claim with the shipper, and they will need the box as proof of who is responsible for the damage. We will replace the item or issue a refund (your choice) immediately. Shipping claims are often long, drawn-out processes, and we see no reason for you to be penalized any further for something that is no fault of yours.
