Suggested seat height based on averages:
10 inch - 2 to 4 yrs old
12 inch - 4 to 7 yrs old
14 inch - 6 to 9 yrs old
16 inch - 8 to 12 yrs old
18 inch - 12 yrs to adult
Use the above as a guide since children's measurements will vary from child to child. For best fit, measure your child from the floor to the bend behind the knee.
For best posture, comfort, and ergonomics, the table top height should be 8 inches higher than the seat height.
