We work exclusively with manufacturers who ship their products directly to our customers.  We do this for two reasons, first, it allows us to keep our costs down, which in turn keeps our prices competitive.  More importantly, it allows us to focus on what we do best:  customer service.  At The Tick-n-Thistle you will find a level of personal service unparalleled in the industry.  We are a still a small company, so you won't find us here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but you will find us to be very responsive to your questions or concerns.  We truly aren't happy unless you are!

 

America truly is a land of opportunity, and we feel fortunate to live and do business here.  As more and more well paying manufacturing jobs are being lost in the United States due to manufacturing operations being shifted to other countries, we have become increasingly concerned.  We have developed some wonderful relationships with the manufacturers whose products we carry; some are small family businesses, some are larger corporations, all are dedicated to excellence in their products and their service.  In support of them, and of all companies who still manufacture their goods here in the US, as of April 30, 2004, we have adopted a policy of carrying only products made in the USA.

While we understand the economic realities that have prompted many companies to outsource their manufacturing, we have growing respect and admiration for those that find a way to make it work here on US soil.  We are proud to reward their effort and innovation with our business, and we hope you will join us in supporting these fine manufacturers!

 

If we offered our products "on sale" at certain times of the year, that would mean that we would have to overcharge you the rest of the year, and that is just not acceptable to us.  Our policy is to offer you our products at the lowest price we can every day while still providing you with the very best customer service.
